HireReach is operated by Mythgate LLC. These terms are an agreement between you and Mythgate LLC (“we”). By using HireReach, including through the ChatGPT or Claude connector, you agree to them.

HireReach helps you find professional and leadership roles and prepares application and outreach materials for your review. Results are suggestions drawn from public job postings. We do not employ you, represent you or guarantee an interview, an offer or a reply from anyone.

Check every posting, draft and message before you rely on it or send it. You decide what is sent in your name, and you are responsible for it. Give us only information you have the right to share.

Do not use HireReach to send spam, to impersonate anyone, to collect other people’s personal data, to overload the service, or to break the law.

Postings come from public company job boards and belong to their owners. A posting can be out of date or already filled. Links lead to other sites that we do not control. Decision-maker entries name a role, such as “the VP of Product”, not a person.

How we handle your information is described on the privacy page. Using the connector does not give us your resume; your assistant sends only titles, skills and a seniority level.

HireReach is in testing and is provided “as is”, without promises about accuracy, availability or fitness for a purpose. It is not employment, legal, financial or career advice.

To the extent the law allows, Mythgate LLC is not liable for lost opportunities, lost income or indirect damages arising from your use of HireReach, and total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it.

We may change the service or these terms, and may suspend access that breaks these terms. We will update this page when the terms change. You can stop using HireReach at any time and ask us to delete your data.
